Be careful storing any of your items here. Our unit, and the ones next to ours were infested with rats/mice. Nothing was done in any way rectify the situation on losing handmade clothing and other items we held dear. Not that I was expecting much but a simple apology would’ve been nice at least. I can only wonder what this huge infestation of mice/rats are doing to wiring on the boats people store here.

I love our spot here. Easy to use and we never have a problem with the unit. I previously had two other storage places elsewhere that had little drip leaks in the roof that they couldn’t/wouldn’t fix. Since we moved everything over to Copher’s, no more leaks or worries. Also they worked with me really well as I needed to get a bigger unit after being there for a while.
