Thought I wanted to become a rewards member. Until anytime I wanted to make an order my rewards would randomly disappear and I would have to contact customer service every time. Plus trying to make an online order with my sallys card and get nothing but errors. Got tired of always having to contact customer service.

First time last week I came in wanting to bleach my hair and wanted to use color remover but was told to use bleach instead. Before I have been using permanent black dye so I didn’t think of anything so I got the bleach and the stuff I needed. Well I bleach my hair and chunks of my hair fell out and had to chop off 8 inches off. And came in to get dark hair color, was recommended Demi permanent color and instead of what the color looked like on the bottle I ended up looking like chucky and having 5 different colors on my hair. Not happy and having to go and spend hundreds of dollars at a salon.

Manager is hateful and rude. Went to get color and they didn’t have the ones I needed in stock and she said “you’re lucky to even see that on the shelf”. She picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to. She was hateful towards me, but others came in and her whole attitude changed with them. They need a new manager ASAP! Went to Jonesboro and the girls were so friendly and helpful. I’d rather make the drive there and be treated respectfully.

So you have the nerve to fire an associate for taking a picture of a thief and she did not chase him but you put a good person out of a job , this is the dyersburg Tennessee store and I will never shop there again and I will make sure everyone I know knows of this

The manager is absolutely terrible I know this from working there and as a customer also from people who I tell to go in there and she makes them get different things and it messes their hair up. Shes literally not had her cosmetology license since the 80's what does she know. Shes just plain rude and lazy

Any time I’ve been in there, I’ve never had any issues. The employees are friendly & helpful, & the stock is decent considering supply chain issues

Service was great but prices don't match what's on the shelves I got a shampoo and conditioner that was priced $12.99 each on the shelves and was charged $29.99 for each
