Update: I finally received my order from 3/31/2024 today 10/03/2024 the items appear to be of good quality but I won't get a chance to review the ammo until I go to the range. With as long as this took and the lack of communication, order at your own risk

DO NOT RECOMMEND. At this point I just lost $200 dealing with this company. 3/31/2024 I purchased some ammo from them. As of today 9/8/2024 I still have not received any information on my order. I've tried to reach out multiple times and I am not getting a response.

So I recently purchased Monumental 5.7 x 28mm 35gn Zombie Down Rounds from Vanguard Outfitters. I do not suggest buying these as one of the slugs got totally stuck in my barrel and when the next round tried to load it just pushed the slug of that round into the casing.

I was a little annoyed to find out that my 5.7x28 ammo still hasn’t shipped but then I sent an email and had the owner actually called me. Very nice people and there are only 2 of them in the shop. I know having to wait for your order can be a little frustrating but these men are doing everything they can to get your order out. I will definitely be ordering again regardless of the wait. I will be doing a full review on the ammo when I get it.

Well it’s been 16 days sense I have placed my order and still not shipped, when I ordered the ammo I’m waiting on it showed “in stock” however I have now been given the excuse of the projectile manufacturer had some sort of issue and they were going to try to get the ammo loaded and shipped……… if it was in stock at the time I ordered why would an issue with the projectile manufacturer cause this delay?
To say I’m slightly disappointed is an understatement.
This is my first time ordering from this company and is quite possibly the last.
I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING DECEIVED!
And that is exactly how I feel at this point.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for 2 boxes of black fang 5.7 on 3/26/24 and still have not recieved my order on 4/17/24. You can’t talk to a live person also sent them a message still have not heard from them. I won’t do business with them again and I want my refund. Disgusting.

After searching high and low for 5.7 ammo that wasn't over the top in price, I found this site.
I don't know where the rest of you shop, but at the current price ($47. change) a box of 25 versus standard stuff at $45. - 55. a box of
50....hands down this self defense round is a bad-azz deal!!!
As to customer service. Here I am on a Sunday morning and this guy answers directly that it's available!!!! HE L yes this guy knows customer service!!!

Tried ordering the blackfang ammo only to receive and email that it would take up to a 14-20 to ship my order and they wanted a copy of my driver's license to verify I am over 21. I had several ppl try to still my identity in the past so honest business or not I dont just send stuff like that when it not need, FEDEX signatures are what most ppl i have delt with use. I replied back stating that it would be easier and fast for my to just make the 4 hour drive to there location and buy it. They informed me that they don't have a "store front license" and the only sold stuff online. I then requested a full refund as I nolonger felt comfortable with this transaction. They said they where cancleing the order and refunding me. At 10:30 pm I get a random email asking if I still want them to process the refund, I didnt see the email to the morning and oncd agian stated that I want a refund. I gave them 5 business days and I still had not received my refund, I know it can take a little time to process refunds so I tried reaching out for an update and no response for three days. I will be going to my back for an processong a charge back if i dont jave an answer soon, and I will not be doing any business jere in the future.

Haven't ever been in person but have purchased from them numerous times over the years online, they've always been extraordinarily helpful and just generally wonderful to deal with. Never had an order go wrong or anything be out of stock when they have it up for sale.
