I recently had a string of frustrating experiences with this company that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, their customer service was lacking. Communication was slow and often unclear, making it difficult to get the information I needed regarding my shipment.

I encountered multiple delays and when I reached out for updates, my calls and emails went unanswered for extended periods. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. On top of that, the representatives I did manage to speak with seemed untrained and unable to provide any real solutions to my problems.

This company will not take NO for answer. They call two or three times a day. At first, we were fairly nice to them, but now we just hang up on them. They just keep calling back. Of all the trolling logistics companies out there, this one is the worst!

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I set up an LTL shipment with a broker. He had all the information regarding the delivery. There was a weight variance, but I was told that it wasn't enough to change the class, so it should not have affected my cost. My customer had proper equipment to offload, but wound up having to assist the driver with the lift gate due to the pallet being broken somewhere in transit. Now they want to charge me an over $300 difference. The outrageous upcharge is offensive enough, but then to. be insulted over the phone when trying to go over this is completely unacceptable. We will never be using this company again.
