Treated like they owed me cursed out and left stranded for 10 days. When I finally got back, I cleaned out their truck got all my belongs and took their truck back. If I could give negative start rating I would. Had the nerve to say they fired me. No, I quit.

A decent place with 2 caveats. (Big ones)
1. There are 2 dispatchers... And one of them began "buying in" to the company with his own trucks. There's a huge conflict of interest here. Your logs are made available to the customers.. On refer loads... With multi-stop produce being common. Big time waster will look at your log, point out you stopped to take a dump... And the bickering starts. The micromanaging is crazy. And theres nobody to turn to for help.
2. You will only see one non-driver person face to face. He's the "big fish in a little pond" type... Who's been reduced to living in a fema trailer in a parking lot. Bullying you for even petty stuff is all he has.... And he takes it personal he misses his chance to beat you up. (Figuratively of course) Very unprofessional and inappropriate person. if you're used to working a certain way... (Ie: 30% of career with one company) you'll be made to fear for your job.. And there's nobody to turn to for help.

*shrugging* that said, its not all bad. The pay is mediocre, but the hometime can't be beat, and the routes are nice.

Truck number 656 White New Volvo .. on i84 in Oregon .. she was all over the road she almost rear ended me going downhill. three times . when she passed me she was on the phone texting .. so stupid driver

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced, the team is unprofessional and handles situations poorly and immaturely. Safety department got involved and started cursing. THE SAFETY DEPARTMENT!!!!!!! Your employees represent you as a company and it is sad how poorly the service is. Never again

you will be disrespected,talked down to and cursed.made less money here than i have anywhere in 20 years.other than that no problem
