I’ve been here for a short time but I haven’t had any thing bad. They’ve been treating me like family here & treating me very good. I’ve worked for a few companies that say we treat you like family but never did. ILM really has treated me like family. They’ve been keeping me running and I’ve been making money. I have been here for about 8 months and have nothing but good things to say about the company. Ownership is in the office first thing everyday and always has a true open door. Operations is in the process of cleaning up some prior sins and poor hires that have lead to a lot of the bad reviews and upset prior employees. But that is normal in any company trying to acquire the best talent and grow a business. ILM hires only the best and safest employees in the business that understand and love trucking. On-time and safety backed customer service is what we provide.

Upper management is very cool, they're running me in a brand new Volvo which I prefer a Freightliner. Hint. I've been here for a little while and I don't have much issues.
