This company is completely unprofessional and does not honor the set contract. I reached out to Ian through email several times to get compensation from damage on a move and misleading information from the Groupon. I also spoke to Ian and initially he seemed helpful and ready to solve the issues, but after subsequent conversations he was dry and uninterested in resolving the mishaps. The actual movers were apologetic and actually told me what to do to get the damage compensated. However the company failed to make good on either complaints. Keep in mind the moving contract insures damages to an extent. Clearly, they did not care about mine!!! Be wary or just don't use them at all. I included pics of what I paid for and what the coupon stated. The end price was almost 400.00 outside of what I paid on the coupon. I also included e-mails I previously sent. So, calling the office after I have done so multiple times in addition to e-mailing seems to be a waste a time. Rectifying this situation according to what the contract states about insurance and the coupon is all that is needed.

Overall we were very satisfied with American Eagle Moving company. They were very hardworking, punctual, honest, and efficient. We used them for two moves in one week. We especially appreciated Hakeem, Aarron, Justice, and Michael. We had minor damage to a few items including a white couch, but overall we would still recommend. They did a great job!

I am 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant and trying to move last minute. Aaron and Brandon were my movers. they called before coming and was on time. The were very professional and courteous. They explained the paperwork before I signed anything. They really took care of my furniture as if it was there own. They wrapped my dresser and tv stands so that no damage would come to them. They placed everything where I needed them to. If I ever have to move again I would definitely use this company once more. The price was better than any other company I had quoted. Thanks for helping make this transition to my new home smooth so that I may prepare for my little bundle of joy without the strain and hassle of relocating

Awful service. Highly DO RECOMMEND! Furniture was broken during move. Management/Owner Mimi Clark has the worse level of professionalism. Company does not have any accountability for ruining people's personal/valuables item.
This company is a complete scam and would not recommend doing business. Save yourself the headache. They break things and expect you to the leg work to resolve. Moving is already a chaotic process, they will intensify it by 10!

I found this company on Groupon and it turns out my mom had used them a few years ago to move. My movers were Alvin and Hakeem, they were amazing!! They made the actual moving part very easy. They took great care of my stuff, nothing had a scratch on it. They were fast and efficient. Also, they had to come up 3 flights of stairs!!! You guys are the best!!!!! Thank you so much!!!

We scheduled American Eagle for our BIG move, and we were extremely pleased with our experience this past Friday. David and Carlton were the gentlemen that moved us. They called to let us know they were on their way, arrived promptly, quickly assessed the job, and got right to work. They were polite, professional, and very courteous. The work efficiently and quick to get all our stuff in the truck.

We had furniture upstairs and downstairs, however, Dave nor Carlton, never complained, and instead, they smiled and laughed with each other and had a great attitude. We were extremely impressed by the quality of service and professionalism these men had and I really wanted to be sure they were recognized for an outstanding job. Because of the professionalism and courtesy of David and Carlton we called American Eagle the same day and booked for the movers to help with the second part of this large move. Also, we will definitely recommend you all for anyone in need of a moving service.

Had a great move! David, Alvin and Glenn were organized, professional and very efficient! Moved our 3 bedrooms worth of stuff (that we had to pick up from our apartment and storage) into our new house in 4 hours (45 min commute between too). The groupon was a good deal! And even without it, they were much more affordable than quotes we got from other moving companies. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a very simple move turn complicated due the complete incompetence of the moving company. The two movers were clueless! They brought a mud filled hand truck through our home. Damaged our rugs and made a mess on our hardwood floors. So after paying for the poor service I called the office manager and all she said was “I call the moving guys” like really!
Don’t use this company regardless of their Groupon special.
