The people checking you in are so rude to drivers, even have a sign on the bathroom “NO” means no! If you can put up with the rudeness you can get out quick!

Takes forever to get loaded here, minimum of 3 hours , other than that, there is Plenty of room to maneuver

Truckers drive. Not here to call in maintenance on trailers. In & out multiple times to be checked out. Over an hour here. You have 2 different people for the same cushy job and not doing it well.

I’ve allotted 2 stars to this location simply due to the lot being spacious with ample room for maneuverability in a tractor-trailer. However, inside the office, there is a sign posted on the bathroom door saying “NO MEANS NO” which I find to be completely disrespectful and unwarranted. When companies treat drivers like animals, their value in my book hits rock bottom. What if a driver has a medical emergency? IBS, pregnant wife in need, dehydration, irritants in the eyes in which case a bathroom sink is needed, etc. There are a plethora of reasons a driver might need to use a restroom, but places like this have forgotten who keeps them in business and have reduced themselves to a level of shame that I find to be more standard in this industry.
That aside, this is a place where professional drivers are treated as nuisances instead of men and women upon whose backs the country sits. Sad, sad.

Drop/Hook here 99.9% of the time. The only problem with this place is dropping trailers on backside ( not in a dock) there's not enough concrete. If you drop off the edge then you get to call for a Tow Truck cause your STUCK. I seen 3-4 a yr, since 2014.
Hey sry for late update they widen out area and filled in the ditch also added more concrete.

Only 1 truck driver in check in area at a time. Had to wait outside, in 93 degree weather. No shade. Although, there is absolutely no limit to the number of employees allowed inside same space at the same time. Only 1 of them was wearing a mask. Covid 19 or not, that was extremely rude & hateful.
