I really hate to write this post, I had such great hopes for a working relationship with STACKS, but that ship has sailed, I took my truck to stacks in November because my trunnion was wore out, I wanted them to weld new ends on both sides, But Gray informed me that it would be so close in price to replace the whole trunnion that it would be best to do so, the full price for trunnion replacement was to be $7500 and to weld according to gray was $6k+, I'm a owner operator i do have some knowhow and mechanic experience but I learn as i go and this was my first experience with trunnion so even though the replacement was more than the repair I opt for the replacement because of the price and a new part is better than a old part IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT, Needless to say a week later the price was a $1000 more than stated and of course I question about it but what was I to do i need my truck on the road, so I paid it and they released my truck to me, . Work was slow so I didn't run the truck until a week later and when i did the housing at the rear front yoke bein to leak slowly, so I called gray and he told me to bring it and I did as soon as I could, I had just spent almost 9k with them I needed the truck fixed right the first time didn't have time to keep running back up there, so when I got the truck there on 12/6/24 while showing Mr Gray were the leak was he acknowledged that the rear axel was removed to replace trunnion that is between both rear axes, and also he acknowledged that the rear end was not leaking in this spot prior to me bringing them my truck, because if it was I would have told them to fix it then as they were also changing both rear yoke seals, well they took the truck in and kept it to long but eventually said it was ready and said that I had to eat some of the cost I told them that it wasn't my fault and I felt that it was wrong but gray said that they couldn't say it was there fault but if it wasn't leaking before I brought it and is now and if they removed the rear axel to replace the trunnion certainly human error is possible but they insist that i pay $495 so I did, let me add that while shimming and resealing gray informed me that there was wear present in the gears he sent me pictures, now I replace this rear in elsewhere not with stacks almost a year ago so I ask him was there enough metal shaving in the rear end to accommodate the wear and he said NO so that lead me to know that the rear end I bought elsewhere was sold to me with the gears already worn but of course I wouldn't have known that unless for some reason I had to get work done on rear end , so I told gray evidently the gears were already like that since there's NOT ENOUGH METAL SHAVINGS TO ACCOUNT FOR DAMAGE AND SINCE IT IS WORKING PROPERLY TO JUST RESEAL THE HOUSING and he did and told me that one day I would have to do more work, well needless to say they housing leaked again and I took it back up there and at this point I done paid 10k for a job that I really wanted to go another way with but was convinced to do something that was costing me more than I could afford to pay considering the downtime because of human error, so I took the truck back up there and of course gray said something about the worn gears being the problem for the leaking but I told him I don't know everything because I'm not a mechanic but I do know that the housing is not there to keep the gears in but the oil and if the gears were bumping against the housing I would have a bigger problem than I got i told him this was human error, well after he called and told me my truck was finished i immediately got a email bill for $495 again so I called him and asked what was this and he said just as before we cannot eat the whole price the labor was 9 hours as before and they was charging me 3 hours as before, now that $495 × 2 for human error from the original job of trunnion replacement that i never really wanted , I wanted trunnion repair so at this point I know they taking my money , they did me wrong, I trusted them ,CUSTOMERS BEWARE

Truck wouldn’t start and raining like crazy Grey sent a mechanic out anyway! These are real standup people, wasn’t able to figure it and didn’t charge me for the call out. In my book that’s how it’s done. They definitely will get my return business. Thanks Stacked Logistics! 💯

I’m very disappointed with the service there!
I had my truck tow in for a starter, waterline, vacuum holes, and brake chamber. My biggest problem was they charge me 4 hours of labor @ 125.00 equal to $500.00 remove a waterline. On top that it them day and half to the job!!!!
