We have been waiting for two years for the air conditioner on the second floor to be fixed or replaced. The "manager" says it takes time to build a unit big enough for that big of building. Hotels have been built in town in the past two years & they didn't have to wait two years for their air conditioning units to be built. We are paying for climate control & it over 90* at times in there. The so called manager always says it's out of his hands & he has no way of contacting because he "out of the country." Time to pack it up! Hopefully nothing has been destroyed. TERRIBLE customer service. You get what you pay for.

I was in the service and deployed and left of my personal belongings in a unit at this storage facility while I was gone.
Upon my return home rats had made a nest out of all my possessions and destroyed an estimated $1700 worth of furniture and personal belongings.
They had urinated and defecated all over everything so bad that I became ill just trying to get what stuff out I could salvage.
The couch was completely destroyed and it was left in the unit, along with a few other things that were un-salvageable.
The owner, Lou, informed me that he had no legal obligation to help me out, but since I served my country he would do the right thing,
He strung me along for a year telling me he would help me, but each month would say, not this month.
Finally fed up, I asked him straight up if he would ever help me in which he replied, "Probably Not."

New Management... Not good. Jessica is gone.

The new manager, Veronica , at #AStoragePlace, #4730 Central Avenue, here in #HotSprings , decided to "double charge " my account ( on Oct 6th & Oct 31st ) because of a computer mistake on their side months back. I told them the mistake on their side & they were not willing to work with me by making the payment "#30 days" (or on the 3rd, which is just a few days from now.). Now my bank account is bouncing.... 🙁
