Arrive an hour early for a 2:00 p.m. appt. Got dock right away. Pull up to guard shack, call number posted if nobody in shack, they will ask for destination city and state, pick up number, assign you a dock door, open trl doors, slide tandems, back in, unhook red air line. Wait for dude to come out after loading, Pull up, he seals trailer, you go inside for paperwork. People all very nice, in and out in about 2 hours...

The lady at the check in was rude and kind of a smart a**. Then I got on the door and sat for 3 hrs waiting for them to start loading me. Then it took another 45 minutes to get loaded. The people in the warehouse had attitudes like they didn't want to be there.

Don't know why the reviews are so bad! I got loaded quickly and early and they had at least porta potty to use!

No overnight parking. When you come, turn into entrance, down the hill, and keep going around until you come out back on top of hill. There is a dirt overflow parking to your right. Walk to booth and call.

This is one of the most God awful places to go to they have no parking for us to wait for so we can get loaded. There are no Truck stops any where nearby and you will have to drive 19 miles to a truck stop. These people are extremely rude and I don't recommend any one to come to this place and get a load I'm wondering why they even have this place here if they don't allow you to park here?
It's not easy for the 18 wheelers to find a place to park at over here Sid's Hot Springs is not truck friendly..I I, personally wouldn't give them a star at all in my opinion I'm rating with a big fat 0!!!!
This place suck's!!!!if you could avoid stay away from this place.

Loading fast , but not respect for driver , who need 30 min break or need to wait log book . No parking , no restroom ,
Do not come here .

I parked 2 minutes away and called, and they told me to come in and park on the side of dock 5, down the hill on the yellow line. I was early and they took me in 3 hours early. Waited 40 minutes but they started unloading me. Appointment 9. Arrived at 6pm. Left at 8:40pm.

Conveniences like these keep the trucking industry workable in times when truckers time is neglected and are barely paid. The only thing we can do is not take breaks and keep driving.

Facility is on a hill with tight turns so drive safe.
