Went to ARAB store to find the 100ft Garden Hose that we had a super coupon for. There wasn't any on the shelf and we were about to leave, we saw a young man named Kaleb working there and decided to ask him about these. He stated a truck had just come in and there may be some on that truck. He checked for us and they did have some come in. We were grateful. We really needed these. Very helpful young man. Kaleb is working their for the summer before going back to school. We are glad to have met him. If you visit the ARAB store, be sure to ask for Kaleb. We definitely will.

I love harbor freight but some of the people that work here are just very lazy and speak out of line infront of customers! I get you have to make work fun but not in front of customers or children for that matter! Jen and Zack are the two names I won't forget from my trip to harbor freight that day very unprofessional! DO BETTER HARBOR FREIGHT!

Super nice staff, and called to see if they had a part in stock and Kaleb made sure it was on the shelf before I drove an hour there. Everyone else was awesome and am super happy the drive was worth it 🙂
