There is limited parking for overnight. Trailers in the gravel/dirt so your facing the building. Checked in a 0730 I had a 1300 appt. They came and got me at about 10:15. Door 9 on side of building is tight, don't slide your tandems til you are lined up for the door. Watch out for the deep holes on the corners of concrete drives. I was empty at 1130.
THE LOT ACROSS THE STREET IS OWNED BY TYSON not Sigma.. NO PARKING allowed. Was told by a Tyson rep that my company and I would be tresspassed from their property if I didn't move.

Very friendly staff and receiving. Easy in and easy out. There is staging for about five or six trucks in front of the building. And a large open lot across the street from the building also for parking and staging.

They don't mind if you clean out your trailers after being unloaded, as long as you put your trash where it belongs.

Everyone in the S/R office seems nice. They are NOT a 24/7 facility. Receiving hours are M-F 0830-1630 and shipping hours are M-F 0830-1700. There appears to be one dock in front and when it’s your turn (based upon appt time & check in time) they’ll come get you. There’s a bldg in back that’s not sigma and it’s not Tyson. There is a small gravel/puddle lot in front where trucks park while waiting for their turn at the dock that I parked at when I arrived the night before. Park with your trailer at the road & tractor at the parking lot. I did it the other way & it was kinda tricky when I needed to move in the am when people started arriving.

My appt 1100 & checked in at 0800. We’ll see how fast they move. 1 truck in the dock & another ahead of me.

They are very good people. The things inside the trailer almost fell off on me, I was holding the trailer door and someone helped me. They pushed back on top. Whew safe my life. Big thanks to them. They did real quick unloading it. A++++++++

Great location for truck delivery with easy in & out. People are really professional and polite. Very busy location so by appointment only and unload quickly. Will try to work in early but like I said they are busy so don’t get upset if they can’t.
