Great facility that has climate control or not depending on your needs. Very helpful and friendly staff! Easy access 24/7 and LOCAL!!!

I prepaid for 6 months with insurance. After 3 months my code didn't work anymore. Upon trying to go to their office, even though there was a vehicle outside and the open sign was on, the door was locked and no one answered when I knocked or called. After asking for a refund I was told it would be 2 days before the owner would be in the office to refund my remaining months and then he shorted me on my refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The owner tried to only refund one month, I had to tell him, I had more than that, that needed refunded. Basic math of how much a unit is and how much insurance is showed how he intentionally gave the wrong amount as a refund. $55 for a unit and $13 for insurance. I only got $100 back. A responsible Manger would ask a customer to wait if the computer was what was needed for accuracy instead of just handing over cash and assuming it is ok.

Everyone at this storage is so helpful and friendly! I really like that they offer a 2 year no rate change guarantee! The facility is very clean and spacious. I’m very happy with this storage!

Very new facility, and the unit was clean. The owners are very professional and nice. The owners are very easy to get a hold of over the phone and will answer any questions that you may have. They also have security cameras and keypad to allow 24/7 access to the facility which is fantastic. Had an awesome experience.

This is a very clean, modern facility!! The owners go above and beyond to make your experience a great one. I love the 24/7 access gate system. They even have an app that you can open the gate with from your car.
