Guards were nice. I had a drop and hook load. When coming from I-40 take 540 to 71 to 49. They have plenty of overnight parking in the open lot next door. They have a one axle scale but it was not working when I was there

It’s a new warehouse. The staff at the guard shed are friendly, and the live load process is fast. The warehouse is easy to access and exit.

New Warehouse. No overnight parking inside the facility. However there is a small lot next door as of now. There's never very many trucks there. Probably room for four. This is one of them places where you back into the dock with doors shut. So make sure and take your lock off

Pull up, give your po#, slide tandems, meet the guard at the trailer doors, pop seal and put it in the plastic envelope they open for you, pull ahead to your dock, back in with doors closed, unhook from trailer pulling Bob tail in front and wait for the 2nd green light before returning to guard shack to pull out.
Dirt lot at corner of the road you can sleep in and sweep out your trailer just don't leave nails.

Very Very nice staff at check in gate. Easy process, checked in got door. Big parking lot next door for overnight parking. I was unloaded b4 my appointment. Maybe not always a guarantee, but again easy process and nice staff.
