For Truckers Please DO NOT PARK besides railroad tracks! It does look abandoned but trains are still actively coming through there!! That's if you want your truck all in one piece! ‍♂️? But for the most part my appointment time was at 10 a.m but I was there early and they unloaded my truck at 6 a.m and finished in 1 hour that was great!!

Not a bad place to deliver. Small area. Normal unload time. Which is around two hours. Only had four pallets of Dole salads. Everything has to be counted and verified. They do have a few parking spots if you arrive early. No restrooms. Area doesn't look too good.

Truckers! This review is for Military Produce! Super fast unloading! Appointment was 6am Arrived at 5:20am they gave both of us 2 trucks a door at 6am on the dot ...done unloading & brought me my paperwork at 6:43am Can't beat that in the reefer business! Very pleased!

6am when they opened & out 7:10am
I all depends what product you have this was an easy rolloff load.
They do have overnight parking on their lot and there is also plenty of parking on the side streets.

This place is very bad to unload.I advice not to come here to drop off.Be prepared to wait and have some food with you.They are very slow and dont care about the drivers hours either.Dont say i didn't warn you.If i could get it zero stars i would.It took 6 hurs to unloaded 2 pallets...so you can get an idea how long it takes to unload.

15 hours to unload. I was second in line at 0545 and they pushed 18 trucks in front of me.
