I made a reservation online and tried to contact them the day that I would be arriving with my trailer. After I called three times and left a voicemail, I was able to get in contact with a lady that works remotely. She said to call her when I arrived for instructions on how to get in. I did inform her that I would be arriving at 3 pm which she said was okay. My roommate and I waited at the gate for ten minutes while also calling their number but not getting an answer. Another 5 minutes go by and still no answer, we left because we were getting no response on how we were supposed to get in. As we were on our way to a work meeting we finally got a response, which was 20 minutes later. I do not recommend Country Place Storage. And regarding your last review left, the reservation I did online was under Arianna.

The woman who I spoke to said I would be able to get into storage @3 I callled of 2 different numbers multiple times for her to not answer. Mind you she works “at home” and gave me the time to be there and had a work meeting so couldn’t sit there and wait for unprofessional behavior not answering the phone. I don’t recommend this place you can’t even enter the gate without the code so your trailer will be in the middle of the street while you wait on someone to pick up the phone. There was no sympathy or anything after she answered the phone 20 mins.

I have tried to contact this company about problems and they fail to return my calls. I hate to give this rating but this is the problem: I changed from a 5x10 unit to a 10x10 unit. they set me up with unit 14...unit 14 was locked. ( I drove 20 miles from my residence) I called and left a message and waited there. 30 minutes later someone showed up at the office. She did not know about my call, She shows up once a week and just happened to be there. Unit 14 was about to be auctioned off for non payment. So se transferred everything to unit 13. everything is good so far. But when my bill came due the bill stated unit 14! I made several calls and everybody said everything was ok, then my auto draft did not happen (which they assured me it would) I got a notice that if I did not pay that day I would have a late charge! I paid that gay and had to repeat my auto pay.
I sent them a notice that they could not seem to figure out which space I was in and my payments still keep paying for unit 14 not 13. SO MY QUESTION STILL IS..ARE YOU GOING TO AUCTION MY STUFF OFF FOR NON PAYMENT, BECAUSE YOU CANT FIGURE OUT WHICH UNIT I AM PAYING FOR? AND HAVE YOU SCREWED UP UNIT 14s PAYMENT AND HE WILL SHOW UP ONE DAY TO FIND OUT HIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN AUCTIONED OFF BECAUSE YOU SCREWED UP THE BILLING

We have had both a storage unit and parking spot at Country Place Storage. It is very secure and convenient location. I have found their prices are very reasonable and they are alway quick to respond if ever I have a question.
