Book a load with this broker for next day 6am pick up. My driver drove 230ml empty and was on time next day at 6am. When booked it was confirmed form the broker that a 53ft flatbed Conestoga will work. After 4h sitting at the shipper it was decided that Conestoga will not fit for this load. A week later this broker is saying that he don't have money for TONU, where over the phone that day was assuring me that he will take care of my driver.

I booked the load with Interstar Transportation Services INC, more precisely with Reid Bishop, who is doing an AMAZING JOB. After the issue we had, this guy helped me a lot.

He is very responsive and will be supporting you and your drivers in good and in bad situations as well. The guy who will always keep his word and try hard to make everything right, even if he needs to pay something from his own pocket, which is absolutely fabulous!

Very cooperative, very professional and polite person.

Looking forward very much to working with this guy again!

Just received a solicitation call from this company. We ship everything collect and bring in everything prepaid, so we filter out sales calls quickly because it's a waste of everyone's time - we aren't going to use the service, so move on to a company that might. Sometimes if the person is very kind or amusing, I will take down their information and recommend them to our customers.

Anyway, the guy was rude to my team member. I answered when he called back and he flat out lied to me about having a load coming in from "uh.. Massachusetts." I am the manager here, so I know everything going in and out - and I do have decision making ability when it comes to shipping.

If a company is going to be rude and then lie during a sales call, I would hate to see how they behave while performing actual services. I would never use or suggest the use of this company ever.

The worst company and Landstar agent.
Booked my truck at 15:30, 2 hours later they cancelled the load, it was already 17:30, no chance to find another load at this time. Got stuck for next day. Requested tuck order not used multiple times, all may calls and emails were ignored. Ben was the guy i deal with, so unprofessional!

Charles Wald from this agency was very rude and not professional, he started and argument and even wanted to have a physical fight... the load i was doing was not safe for my equipment and let him know ways to fix the issue so we can move on with the load.

If you don't care when your materials show up, these are the guys to use. If you have a deadline, you had better look elsewhere. Be prepared to be lied to for multiple days trying to figure out where your loads are and when they will show up.
