Ordered something and paid... Then I get a message that the item is not in stock!!! It's STILL showing up on the website. My payment hasn't gone through yet. I'd better get a refund ASAP. Never shopping here again!!!

I went to get some paper and pens. The only one who helped me was the manager.she was very helpful and friendly. She made sure I got what I needed. On the other hand, the guy at the register? I thought I was gonna have to pry him from his phone just to get him to ring it up. Not a word, a thanks, a grunt, nothing. Bagged my stuff, slid it at me, turned back to his phone. Really? I was still very happy about the manager, but I think she’s fighting for a lost cause with this particular store.

Ordered a stamper online. It didn't work right. It pooled ink at the bottom so when you stamped it, all the letters were blurred. I tried to return it. I was on the phone for 2 hours (most of the time on hold), talked to Edwin, talked to Lucy, talked to Robert. They all said I couldn't return it because it was a personalized item. I said the problem was that "it didn't work". It's considered consumer fraud to sell an item that is faulty. Do better Office Depot!

I have made my LAST print order for
Office Depot. I am so disappointed. Having made an online order previously, I was familiar with the process & fully expected my order to take about 3 weeks. Needing signs for a January event at our food pantry, I ordered 2 signs in December. After placing my order I received zero follow-up emails. January came & went no signs arrived. I went to our local store & was able to verify the order existed & was classified as “in transit or process” or something. I was directed to follow up with the 1 800 number. Another week went by and no signs. I called the print location in TX. I was told my order was canceled & my card was credited the amount. AGAIN I received zero email or phone alerts. I guess I would just be waiting if I hadn’t called to check. Thanks for nothing Office Depot Print Services. Stick to stationary.

Heavy-set guy named Cody has absolute 0 sense when it comes to customer service. Guy is clearly irritated and annoyed by simply having to run a register. This was by far the worst experience at Office Depot I have had. I will happily take my business someplace where an employee can handle customer relations, without an horrid and disgusting attitude. I’ve never been the guy to post reviews about bad experiences, but this one had me pretty upset. I will be avoiding this place at all costs in the future.

Went in this week to look for a new desk for my office. Found a great one at a discounted price. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I didn’t want to load the desk in my car and they helped me have it delivered to my office. Highly recommend this location.

I want to start this review with the fact that I have never been to office depot before and I am not a very crafty person. I walked into the store and it was pretty busy and so I went up to the desk and I asked if there was someone who could help me look for some things and answer some questions. They lady called for the MANAGER to come help and I can not even express how rude this lady was. After talking for a minute I explained what I am kind of needing and she finally goes "so what are you needing?" and I say "well I am not exactly sure" and she cut me off and said "If you don't know how do you expect me to know?" I would have finished my statement saying exactly the things I needed and She ended up saying "I wasn't trying to be smart, but do you get what I mean?" This place will never get my business again I rather order my supplies online from somewhere else and wait for the supplies rather than use that store.
