Had an appt at 5 pm and showed up right then. I suggest you park on planters rd to check in cause it’s already tight as it is. Don’t park In front of the staged reefers (please) once you get a door you’ll see why. They’ll tell you to park down the street on 45 on a dirt lot and wait for a call. I waited an hour for the door. Once you get a door stage in front and don’t open your doors yet. Warehouse will come out to open and put a lock on your red glad hand. They’re fairly quick.

They are very professional.
They have a late fee after 30mins. Everyone is very nice . They load quick . If your appt is for 1pm they will load by 3pm .
If you think you will be late plz give them a call and tell them you will be late and talk nicely they are nice people .

Read a lot of the reviews and was expecting an awful experience, but all in all it went pretty good for a cold storage place.

Checked in at 1600 for a 1700 pickup, entered off of the AR 45 and parked in the first staging area. Got out, walked into the check in area, filled out a paper amd was told to park in the staging yard and wait for a call with a door. Went left out the exit, followed AR 45 south for a short distance and parked in an open spot. Got a call with a door number, was told to back up but not open the doors. 30ish minutes after a loader came out, told me to pull forward, opened the trailer doors and then had me bump the dock. About an hour later he came back out, I pulled forward, he closed the doors and I went to the office to get paperwork.

Got out of there at roughly 1900. Was expecting the worst based on the reviews but I either got lucky or they improved significantly from before. Theres a truck stop a couple miles away with a cat scale and a good amount of parking even later in the day. Their staging yard supposedly has overnight parking but I would double check at check in.

I took I-540 to exit 12 and turned left on US 271. Follow US 271 to Planters Road and turn left. Follow Planters until it runs into AR 45 and then turn right.

Yard driver and Office worker with bad attitude. Rude and no communication skills. Tell people what you want them to do before you start pulling attitude.

Not seeing where it's posted but they charge late fees.

Don't pickup at this shipper waste of time. Checked in for a 9am pickup at 6pm it is now past 330am get ready to hurry up and wait. Side note if you are 30 minutes late for your appt it's $105 and you still will have to wait at gravel lot checked in again for a 1pm at 945am it is now 6pm still waiting , they love to ship at the drop dead time.

Shipping office open 7am. They will inspect trailer, so have it washed out and clean, fuel @ ¾or above, Precool trailer to -10. They will make you go fuel and washout. Overnight parking is allowed at staging.

Go up
