The prices are good and they leave your stuff alone. But I have gotten water damage in my unit two different times in the same spot within the unit. Six months apart, the first time I lost a mattress and a nice chair. This time I lost a desk and some sentimental things. This is not the place to go if you are trying to keep your stuff clean and safe from weather. They also will take absolutely no responsibility nor do they care to assess the damage. DONT PUT YOUR STUFF HERE!

Set up auto draft when I initially went to get a unit. Two months later, I noticed that I had not been charged again since I paid for the deposit and prorated rent for the first month. I called the office and spoke to some guy who works there. When asked how long they would have went without contacting me about missed payments, he laughed and said, "I don't know." When I asked if my stuff was still in the unit, he laughed again and said, "Yeah, sure it is." I ended up paying for the two months of missed rent along with a late fee and went through the process of setting up auto draft again. Ended up losing a couch, loveseat, two large mirrors, a dollhouse, and some other items to water damage. There is grass and moss growing along the doors to the units, there were spiders in the unit, and when we first put our items in the unit, we found packets of insect repellent. We emptied the unit out before the last week of February and I called the office to let them know. I was told that they would check the unit to make sure it was cleaned out and swept, which it was (we left their insect repellent), and that they would then mail the deposit back to me. Haven't received the deposit. Don't waste your time or your money on this place. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go somewhere else.

This place was supposed to auto draft my monthly payment. Yet they let it lapse to where they could keep my property. Sent their certified letter regarding their auction to my old address where I wouldn't receive it. And kept everything I own, including my deceased parents pictures, my important personal documents, along with heirlooms n everything I owned, without even sending proper notice to right address. But had the audacity to mail the letter 2 days after they took my things to proper address!
These people are shady thieves. They're obviously selling drugs out of an RV in back of their facility.
I don't recommend anyone considering storage to go here!

This place is a mess. We moved from out of town and found the storage unit online. The price was right so we rented. Apparently no one cleans when someone moves out since there had been trash and old furniture left across from our unit for at least a week. There was another unit that looked like it had been broken into for several days and I finally notified the management. They didn't know a thing about it so apparently no one does inspections even though a manager lives on property. The roof also had a leak and we have to make sure that nothing was underneath that spot. We had enough and moved our things.

Much better managed and cleaner properties in Fayetteville so keep looking and pass this one up.

The owner is a very difficult person. You feel hard to deal with them. Like another people left comment here, you live out of state and you will receive a "lien" because of "late payment". If they can rip you off, they will go to the extreme.. Except the owner, all other people know nothing and cannot do anything either..

Of course, do not expect a single cent back of your deposit.

Do not rent this space, period.

Like other customers, I never got a receipt when I sent a check. I would have to send copies of my checks to prove I had paid. I changed address and they knew it because they sent my bills to my old address. They sent a notice that they were going to auction my stuff even though I was current. They accepted my payment and sold it anyway. ALWAYS report fraud and theft to your State District Attorney! That is what they are there for. It is the only way to keep Storage Facilities from stealing your stuff!

I have been a customer here for over 3 years now and all I have to say is God help them. This place has taken a turn for the worst and you can really tell just by walking into the main office. the eay a company maintains its appearance and cleanliness is a reflection on how they do business and treat their customers. drug addicted meth users have recently been moving into units left and right and you can definitely tell by the extra garage and junk thats accumulating all over the place oh and the unit break ins have increased 10 fold (just talk to the other customers) ... I hope the owner decides to take back control of his business, get some real management in there and really just wipe clean the filth that this place has become.. Lord knows we need more ghetto , run down businesses in Fayetteville... Anyway - not recommended until something big changes here...

Do not use this storage company. Terrible service, very unprofessional. We are supposed to receive quarterly invoices and we never receive them. Now they are planning to sell our stuff in an auction without giving us the opportunity to pay. When I tried to explain we never received the invoice and that we should not be receiving the lien notice the owner hung up on me.
