The GOOD:
I was simply impressed with the excellent customer service experienced in this company location. Had to ship a Fine Art painting, found thicker and very high quality custom made box to safely send to final destination.

Used insured FEDEX Ground service. Store had up to date terminals with label printers, all done in a timely professional matter.

Will highly recommend, and will continue to do business with Tennessee Valley & Container for Fine Art as well as purchase all my shipping Materials. I loved their wide tape rolls! They have quite a bit of stock!

Great experience with this company. Needed a box to store a large shadow box. Orginally thought about a large tv box, but Alan suggested a custom box with foam around the edges for additional protection. The price was actually less than a tv moving box and is a perfect fit. Impressive service and friendly staff! From the moment I called their office Chris was amazing. I explained I needed a special size box to send a painting. He patiently listened to me and then explained the option of custom cut boxes. Once I arrived with the painting, he took the time to show me the difference in thickness and cost for each box. I was also happy to learned that it was a one stop shop. Chris printed the FedEx slip, provide me with my receipt and tracking information, and let me know I would get a copy on my email. I was even more pleased when he told me I didn't have to wait for the box to be ready, that he would take care of it, pack my painting and seal it. He finished by saying that the package will be picked up in an hour. The whole experience was delightful! Thank you Chris!!!! Made my life easier. 🙂

Can also ship freight , build boxes and get great deals ! I visit regularly and no longer go to the Post Office , UPS and FedEx. . Very laid back , no pressure atmosphere. .

The computerized box cutting machine that they use to make custom boxes is impressive. I purchased a dozen boxes for my repair shop that are specifically sized to fit disassembled laptops that are waiting for ordered parts to arrive. Our “awaiting parts” shelves are neatly organized because of them. The price was what I would expect to pay for mass-produced standard sized boxes – very reasonable.

Their capability spans from small boxes to large wooden crates. As their name implies, they do it all and they are experts at what they do.
