Look I came in there yesterday and I had 13.00 on my cash app card and now it's still not back on my car they canceled the transaction and said that it would be put back on my card this morning I get up and it's still not on my card I really need my money put back on my card it should not take that long to add money back to my card this is ridiculous I need to know how to talk to the supervisor

Love the new layout of the store and all the new products! New management has breathed a breath of fresh air into this well known lil tobacco store... They also will make sure to special order anything they don't have you may be looking for. Give them another try if disappointed before! 😎

This is by far the WORST tobacco shop I have ever frequented in Conway. The staff at this establishment have no idea what customer service is! A heavier set female with blond hair pockets change & banned me from the store for calling her out on keeping my money. I even stated I would come back the next day when the surveillance footage to be reviewed which would show that I did not receive my owed money. When she contacted her "manager" by phone to discuss this, she was told to ban me. Obsurd treatment & to allow your employees to do this to the customers all I can say is thanks for the ban over your employees stealing my money. Karma! Karma.

I'm from Oklahoma City (where tobacco is a LOT cheaper) this place is the only one around town that had Stoker's dip, and at a pretty damn good price. Customer Service was also good. I know where to come next time I'm back here.
