my child rides this van to get to his developmental school every day and the employees are the RUDEST group of black people i have ever met. They are rude to me, my husband, and sometimes my son.

On top of that, they give themselves a "15 minute window" to pick up each morning (6-6:15) but then they show up when ever they feel like it- we went from having them show up at 6:40 one day to 5:45 the next and this went on for a while then i spoke with their director of transport and she said they weren't supposed to be doing that.... so it "fixed" for a while (2 weeks maybe) and then they went to showing up at 5:45 EVERY morning.... nowhere in their window. and now they are back to 5:40 one day and 6:15 the next...

so i call this morning and they have changed their pick up time for this week because of holidays but NO ONE called to tell me that.
i asked why they wouldn't call me if they weren't going to come until (get this) "anywhere from 6:30 to 8:30"--she said " oh well if you don't answer your phone..."

my phone is ALWAYS on. in my pocket. no matter where i am. they never called.. so there's a lie. Too lazy to call parents and then when they point it out they try to blame it on the parent. wow....

so I'm going to call the director AGAIN-i called the girl back and asked her name she got rude and asked why. i told her why. she tells me a fake name (i already knew her name) 🙂

WORST company EVERRRR. if my child wasn't switching to kindergarten in just a couple months i would be switching his whole school just to get away from M & M Transportation.

They need to have some one answer the phone so you can go home when you done are instead of two rings it goes to voicemail there is not another number to call either so when you're done with treatment you can go home this is bullshit .
