Give up all independent if you have been an owner operator..this company is EXTREMELY CONTROLLING. Never know next loads before you are empty..
Get use to sitting A LOT..Get you a load going west pretty easily..wait for loads once on west coast. Only patient drivers apply..I understand why they offer a $5000 dollar sign on bonus now.

An idiot of a driver they have in truck 556 or 566.....the Pilot at exit 161 in N Little Rock, AR is an already small location....I pull up behind him, I fuel up, now I need to scale, I wait 10 mins, no sign if this driver, I go inside and ask Pilot to tell the driver to pull out, I go back to my truck, wait a other 5 mins, I walk back in and into the bathroom, "SST!!!", driver is at the sink brushing teeth, I tell him to let's go, I go back to the truck, i wait a few more mins, I call SST and tell them to tell their drivers to do personal business away from fuel lanes and park into a parking spot, wait another 5 mins. I call again, she says she passed the info to his dispatcher, finally the idiot comes out, he must have then gone to get food and drink after brushing his teeth (Wait, before eating?), he could barely walk with everything he was carrying.....idiots, too many idiots out there!!!!!
