Don't work for this company. My husband worked for this company for 2 months. He was supposed to be out for 5 days and home for 2 days. They very rarely followed that. There have been a couple of times he didn't even get to come home. I went out on the truck with him twice. The equipment is junk. None of the drivers were properly equipped with straps for the trailers. They'll claim that the trucks have refrigerators and APUs but none of them actually do. The dispatch is a joke. They very rarely answer. The same goes for HR. They do not care about their drivers. While my husband was in orientation, 3 drivers were fired. One was fired because he fell asleep during orientation (he came in extremely late the night before orientation was set to start). The other two were team drivers. They made a joke to someone like any normal blue collar worker and were dismissed for that joke.

If your a team this is where you want to be. I have the most amazing team. If your a team where you really want to run. We have the miles. I can prove everything I say here. My wife and I have made almost 60,000 in 4 months working here. All the people that have failed here is because they where never really into it. Home time literally have always made it home. The shop fixed everything. Any time I need it done. This is where I'll retire from trucking at. I can't give you information about solos but teams. You won't be disappointed if you have more questions Frankie Cashout on face book. Come join us you went be disappointed.

Don't do it! They asked why is turnover so high. It's the dispatch. I once had them tell me I make it my birthday dinner with my kids because our customers need use to work at least 5 days . Well Sunday to Thursday 5 days smart guy. They don't care about leaving you stranded . Told me its not they obligation to help you. I should have known better when my first dispatch told me good luck before he quit. I thought it was just me they had a problem with until new driver came up to me and what's they problem. Zero stars. The owner and the people that work in office are okay.

I give it two stars only because of the nice hotel you stay in and my dispatcher was cool and nice, even though he was always under pressure....orientation lasts 3 days. Every week there is a new class of 20-60 new drivers so that's already a major red flag (high turnover). They did not give road tests. The pay was lower than my previous company, and no matter how many miles I drove in a week, I never saw a check more than $950. Also lots of trailers left in wrong locations and their computer systems were outdated and because of that at times you would get false/wrong information from dispatch or safety. I lasted a month before leaving and going to a different company, that is just as bad as Transco.🤦‍♂️I wouldn't recommend this company, or any trucking company at this point, as they're all the same.
I officially left the trucking industry and moved into the IT field.

2.9 rating for a reason they will put you on loads that cancel days ago. They will never pick up the phone are respond to your text . Communication is -0 . The reviews are 100% real .They don't pay for miles going home so if you 300 miles away from home with no load you don't get paid. Any company that have orientation ever week means something they can't keep driver . You want make any money here. Even a lot of DM left this company. Trust and believe what I'm saying stay away are you to will be a victim here .Then they will lie I didn't receive any calls from you 100% lie.Good luck but I'm leaving here soon.20 people was in my class 3 left . I did 1 year have check stubs to show pay .

If they had zero stars I would have picked that… I wouldn’t recommend a dog that’s about to die to work for them….. my phone ended up missing from someone that was in training with me let them know I was ready to go home I was uncomfortable they act as if they was concerned and tried to convince me to stay after everything happened the person that took the phone called they self hiding my phone front desk gave me my phone I still felt uncomfortable ended up leaving come to find out they got me out to Arkansas let me bring my dog and rider to tell me they can get me home but not the dog and passenger…. I’m very upset due to they don’t care who they hire they tell you anything just to get you on with them to only talk about stay until Friday you will be out money I understand it’s a business but you wanna feel safe not feel like it’s ok for you to be stolen from not a good company to start with honestly…. 0 out of 0
