Gave me the option to fly out or rent a car and a nice decent hotel room. Even called and checked on me while in transit. That really showed good character to me. Great family atmosphere

I don’t know where to start on this company i know the first main thing to say is RUN RUN RUN. This company needs a lot of improvement. My husband and i decided to go with this company because they claimed they were family oriented but once you get in there trucks you are just a number to them. We did not i repeat DID NOT make any money. Every review about Kathy is true, she is very rude will have you sitting for days and not communicating and wont even give you detention pay for sitting. They only give you enough loads to make them their money. 2 to 3 loads a week is ridiculous.

My experience at E.O.S. what very good 1st 3 weeks then all of a sudden a massive drop in revenue. I couldn't get good loads plus the 27% they take out killed my revenue so it's difficult for a driver to make money. I talked to other drivers and most said the same thing. Getting paid anything under 80% is bad just my opinion you get paid 75% here alot of broken promises that build up with frustration. The people are good recruiters wasn't totally honest with me before I came so do your research at every company you go to.. One more thing if you not making over 7k a week your check going look like trash.. I got my friends James and Demetrius over here with me.. Shout out to MN89 and MB Global and Maximum Expedited good company we grossing 7k 8k $3200 bring home weekly..

I worked for this company years ago and from my experience they was top notch. I ran and made money consistent wit no issues. Talked to Harvey weekly personally and any issues got fixed. Family vibes always and I made money 💰... Always came by the house wit them and the loads are good. Will come back if they offer team leasing or something cause me and my wife team drive now... Much luv EOS u treated me good...

Might be a company to look into if your wanting good miles with a laid back company?

Please stay away!!! Real cool people at first but when u sign your life away with lease purchase things change. Force Dispatch, they don't pay deadhead miles, when sometimes u will deadhead 6 hours with is your fuel to het a load that's going 8 hours away to pay 1200 dollars with u have to pay percentage to them. It's a scam!!! U will.make a good check to turn to make a ZERO check or only 500 dollar check the next week. Not a good company at all. O yea the also will lie too
