Must have made changes for a positive experience. Yes 30 minutes prior to appointment check in. Gps address is 1225 south market st Mechanicsburg. To avoid toll rd.
Security was polite and spoke very clear with instructions.
Check in at door with a young lady named Nay Nay. She was polite n well spoken.
You do have to slide tandems and disconnect, and chock wheels.
Unloading was simply n also good on time. I would without a doubt do this delivery again.
Everyone i encountered was very professional.
A couple of other drivers in the lot not so much. I guess that would be the one's that would leave a nasty taste in anyone's mouth.
Thank u for the positive changes made. It is very nice to have a positive opinion after what i read. Keep up the great work.

Check in Old woman called drivers pain in the ass not realizing that thanks to us she has a job. And it’s just after 30 seconds of conversation. Terrible human being.
The security lady was super nice.

Delivery only by appointment, so don’t come early. You will not have space where to park and waiting your time. Maximum 30 min before appointment. Good luck.

No overnight parking.
Receiving clerk in bldg 19c was not overly friendly but she was not unfriendly. If anything, she was efficient.
Quick unloading. Arrived at 06:30 for a 07:00 appointment. Receiving office opened at 07:00. Checked in and was empty at 07:45.
Room for backing and maneuvering.

when i arrive here at 06:10 for my appointment at 8:00 o'clock they even didn't allow me to stay here,and told me is forbidden to park here,the clother truck parking is away 40 minutes from this place. Terrible company.

Unbelievable. My appointment was 8 am and came and check in 7 am.So lazy ....Now 10 am but still waiting unload.Asked them what is happening? They said working on...1 pm finally unloaded.5 hours ....not think about drivers time

Zero stars. My driver arrived at 9:36am for his 10:30am appointment. He waited at the window for more than 5 minutes. Then one of the two ladies from the receiving office asked him "What do you want?" He said he had a delivery. When he gave the delivery number, the lady told him. You are super late, your appointment was at 9:30 am. The driver showed her that his delivery is at 10:30 am. She was rude and told him that the appointment had been changed. Neither we or the broker were informed about it. She told him to come back at 2:30 pm. The broker called receiving and she was rude to him and hung up on him. I called another building to be transferred to a supervisor in building 19 .Because the number I had was for the receiving directly. When I spoke with him, he said that he was involved in the situation. But , the driver came at 9:45 am. An they are on appointment schedules. I explained to him that he waited at the window for at least 5 minutes, And that he was 6-7 minutes late at the most. If his appointment is at 9:30 as they say He promised to see what he could do. But to make a long story short... He told me that the drivers have to understand them because they had problems with someone this morning. That the drivers are usually rude and that they don't understand them, that they can't be nice with everyone. I told him that the driver was my son. And I know his approach very well. That I was on the line with him and that I heard their conversation..... And the fact that she had problems with someone does not mean that she should be rude to every other driver, and for that reason leave him waiting 6 hours. Because she's having a bad day. My point is. And I hope someone at Allen Distribution reads this. Don't treat drivers like garbage. These are people doing their jobs. And without them you wouldn't have your job. We are all in one chain in which all the links should support each other....People, like these two ladies who are not able to control themselves, should not work on the receiving window. I hope again that the ladies from the receiver will also read this. The driver who appeared at the window to check in, as he was told. He is a young man who does his job, he is not "ONE OF THEM ".
