6hrs+ and still not loaded. Not just me other trucks waiting from hrs as well.

9:20 started
9:40 empty with bills
I thought it’s gonna be hard after all reviews, but 1:40 total before appointment time...good job!!!

Very slow check-in process. make sure to show up about 45+ minutes early. It's usually a line of drivers, waiting.

Door 28, kinda toward the middle, of the building is the shipping / receiving office.

It's just very busy, lots of trucks in a small area.

Took about 2 hrs to unload, so nothing unusual

Even the manager is not respond the comment they don't want fix the managment one day the owner of this business the gonna abset when it shot down this place then start complaining to the managment

no one asked me about the appointment, overnight parking available. the beautiful woman in the office is very friendly. You can park there.

Easy check in and the load was waiting for me in their drop lot already preloaded. Easy to talk to and easy in and easy out. There is. Rutter’s truck stop a mile and a half away that has 15 spaces. I pulled in at 8 pm and they had 3 open spaces to choose from.

Less than 5 minutes to get checked in and an hour to get unloaded. Not bad 🙂 They unloaded it smoothly with no jarring. Employees were nice and even brought us the paperwork when they finished. Would’ve given 5 stars had the restroom issue been different. Need an enclosed building facility instead of a porta potty in the lot that could easily be hit by a truck trying to dock

Came 5 min late to my appt at 2:50pm got loaded at midnight, my load was ready by the dock when I came and dock was assigned right away, but they would not load on purpose, checked with them couple of times and would receive an answer "because you are late", they will punish you even if you are one minute late . Workers would load every other truck, when there is no live loads, they just walking around the warehouse loading empty trailers on site, ignoring you. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR LOGS, YOU WONT HAVE DRIVING TIME, STAY AWAY. FIRST TIME LOADING HERE, NEVER AGAIN!!!
