at check-in, the woman was very nice. I arrived one day earlier, but the issue was resolved. There is a lot of room for maneuver. There are special rules. The only thing is that the toilet is on the street. Parking is possible before check-in. It is night.

Gates opened at 6am for the receiving side. Not sure about the shipping side of things. Had an appointment for 10:30 am,checked in as soon as the gates opened up and was given a dock right there and then. In and out in a hour with 22 pallets. Girls at security had a great attitude despite it being 6 am 👍. Plenty of backing room for docks. Slide tandems,disconnect from trailer,slide trailer jack underneath your trailer,and park across from your trailer so that you can see the green light at your dock. Once green light is on,hook up,leave 1 door open and head back to where you checked in at. They take a look at your empty and have a nice day.

The young lady from the guard shack on the shipping side was extra nice...she had to come out of the shack in 15 degree temp and she didn't mind pointing me to the delivery side and to a parking spot for the night...(which is on the delivery entrance on side of entrance) the young lady on the delivery side who checked me was also extra nice! The young man who u loaded me said he was going to take a little extra time due the my material..he said he usually took 20 mn and on my load he would take 30 I said PFFT that's still great time..I loved the process and my visit. I wouldn't mind returning.

A well thought out operation here. A very CLEAN campus! Friendly staff at the guard shack. I was allowed to park overnight. From entry to departure done in a timely manner. I didn't see Restroom facilities for drivers?

9/22/24 : Arrived at 21:00 9/21/24 for my 0900 unload appointment 9/22/24. You can park in the driveway entrance just be up and ready to move by 0630 so you're not holding everyone behind you up. Gates open for check in about 0645. The people checking in were real nice. I was delivering forklifts and I was in and out in about 45mins. It's one of those places that you have to drop, disconnect, place trailer brace support and wait in your truck across from your trailer. Can't beat fast unload time, overnight parking and friendly staff.
