Don't care about your time. They unloaded me quickly but now 3 hours later I'm still waiting for my paperwork and the text to pay the lumpers. Been back to the office multiple time and just told to keep waiting.

They unloading is pretty quick but paperwork part sucks takes to long and come to office after lumper fee is taken care of they don't even acknowledge you !!!

Owner Operators, be careful with this facility. No one cares about your login hrs
I'm here more than 24 hrs just late 20 minutes they rescheduled me next day wich is today 9.am i just check-in now 8.24am they said wait your appointment .

No overnight parking allowed. What killed me though was that I had a drop and hook appointment and was late because this load was a tcall. What my company considers a tea call is when one person can't make the appointment and drops the trailer off somewhere, usually a terminal. The second driver picks it up and delivers it. This guy was late on his load and I had to drop it off at this family dollar. Mind you it's a drop and hook it's not alive on load but they still denied me access and told me to reschedule which took a full 24 hours and I get paid by the mile not the hour.

If I could give negative stars I would! This place obviously does not care about the truck driver. I was scheduled for a d/h and delivered at 10:30am yesterday. Here it is 24 hours later and I am still waiting for an empty. I spent the night in this dirt lot hoping they would bring a trailer. NOPE! The receiving team SUCKS! They need new management! No one would answer the phone. I tried walking to the guard shack and they tried calling; no answer. I won't be coming back!!
