They dont care about your time. Super slow easily took 6 hrs unload half trailer and then took an hour for bills. Capstone is super slow here. Not coming here again. Thats my last time. Ruin my whole day. 2 stars the have restroom and vending machine.

The 1 star is for whoever unloads the trucks and received the merchandise. Also charge me a $290 lumper fee. But security guard and receiving lady in the office definitely a 5 star for service and professionalism. Checked in @ 4:30am for my 5am appointment, the load was only probably half truck or less but still took them 5 complete hours to unload and received the load. Out the door @ 10:08am. No overnight parking on site. Also I was told by the security that if you’re 30 min past your appointment time you’re considered late, just a heads up. Good luck ya’ll ✌️

I had a 630 am appointment I arrived at 600 a.m. I went to the CVS on the left side of lansdowne dr, they referred me to circle around and go to the dc that is on the right while while entering landdowne rd, arrival 6:20, checking at gate with id and paperwork, very friendly guard, directed to receive an office went and checked in got assigned a door right away, received a message with lumper fee, an instruction you do everything online, then I went back into the office got the pod and was out of the gate by 7:13 AM

Make sure u have ur license ur checkin at gate then he will guide u where 2 check in to get a dock door! I'm hauling water my appointment was at 10:30am I arrived around @7am was told they don't have a door available yet 🙃 which is cool i figured I got a door around 7:45am & was outta thier by 9am woohoo

This is for drivers. Please know you’re gonna be here for a long time. 2:30 appt did not leave until 7:20 trailer was only about 45% full. Being food and water, there are porta potties available.

Just like with every other Capstone experience, this was a horrible one. Got a door at 8am for an 8am and still here waiting in door at nearly 12 noon for 10 pallets. And you have to pay for this horrible service and not to mention losing your next pickup because of Capstones worker incompetence.
