First time here it took about six hours to get loaded. Thought maybe a fluke. Next time I have been here almost 5 hrs and have not even started yet. They load quickly in like 30 minutes but it takes forever for them to start. They need to learn how to keep appointments. Just ridiculous place. If you can. Stay away

Polite staff at the security guard ! Lots of room to maneuver and clean bathroom ! They take forever to load your truck 😡. They’re only two trucks being loaded right now and they just take their time . Complete disrespect to us truck drivers . AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE .

My experience today 11/22/24 was amazing since starting with the guard staff to the unloading dock staff absolutely amazing they star unloading me 11:10 am my appointment was 11 am unloading ends at 11:45 very clean and spacious areas highly recommend ♥️thank you

It took me six hours to get loaded for nine skids they are so lazy they couldn’t wrap nine skids in six hours. avoid here

Hello guys after reading the reviews
At one point I thought I should cancel this load, but I gave a shout and believe me these guys are amazing. They just loaded me in less than a one hour. There is no overnight parking they start around 7:30 in the morning lots of space to maneuver , very friendly Guard Check people and the office associate was so friendly heads off to you guys. Keep the good work up and the lady with the beautiful smile and “”DAISY” was so nice at the conversation. I literally asked them why you guys have really bad reviews on the Google. They said it was earlier that days but now they are pretty fast Good job guys keep it in the same way. God bless you.
