No worries about appointment time, check in at anytime before your appointment.
They will put you in dock right away, disconnect tractor and trailer and wait for their call.

Working for an ltl company that does multiple stops that can sometimes cause delay. These guys have a hard 1430 cut off due to closing at 330 even for quick partials. Don't waste your time if your past 1430

Had an appointment at 10:30 broker sent me to the wrong place. Explained the situation and they still said I had a late appointment and took 4 hours to load me. If I never go back here again that'll be just fine by me!

Please just cancel the load if you dont have a brand new trailer, i knew this was coming by reading those comments. Here is a pic of my rejected trailer. They will look for any reason to reject you and they have a full list on the reception desk. Wont ever never ever getting back in here again… please do the courtesy and cancel your load before losing your day.

Five stars because of the way they are. Shipping opens at 07:00 am.
Very strict trailer condition policy is in place.
If your trailer is not 100% top notch, chances are it will be rejected.
The load I picked up had three previous pickup attempts by other parties with "no up to standards" trailers. Kinda sad...
Clean place and easy to find. Checked in a few hours early and got a dock right away, loaded in less than one hour.
Have to slide tandems, chock wheels, disconnect and pull away. (Park across the way by the dropped trailers). Once loaded you'll get a call to hookup and pull up front and walk in the office to sign your bills and get trailer sealed by their staff.
Very nice lady at check in window. Great experience after all.💥🤩

NEVER EVER load here. I’ve been here 4 times and been loaded only once. They are the pickiest distributor I have ever been to when it comes to trailer cleanliness. Has to be clean, DRY, and free of odor. Got turned away once because trailer was allegedly dirty with a musty odor. The trailer was clean to any other distributors standards and once washed out trailers will have a slight musty odor because they are closed up. The unrealistic thing isn’t even to expect it clean but rather DRY! There is a Blue Beacon only 8 miles down the road, but it is useless because the trailer will not dry in 8 miles. Then to top it all off the people in the shipping office are rude as can be most of the time.

This is the worst distribution center I’ve ever seen checked in 10:00 am for 10:30 am appointment, got a dock at 12:45 and got loaded at 4:15 pm. They r very rude and impolite I would give them -10 star if I could. Make sure your trailer is clean and in good condition.

Make sure reefer is clean and odor free. If you are 1 minute late, you have to reschedule. If you arrive around 13:30 (1:30pm) you will be refused. Very rude, shipping clerk always feels stressed out. Wash your trailer out the day before or you will wait it out until trailer is completely dry. Street parking seems to be ok, no overnight parking on their lot. Make sure you have your 178 or GR4 number.
