i order freezer from them on Saturday supposed to deliver on Thursday now i have been told it’s gonna take another 6-7 more days ! Not reliable i would buy from somewhere else next time .

We had a very bad experience with shipping and products sold to us, knowing they did not have them in stock. Eleven days later, we are still missing products, but they continue selling products knowing they do not have products in stock.

Arrived at 0600 for 0930 appt. Docked at 0630, unloaded with bills by 0800. Docks are spread far apart so there's room to manuver. Would deliver here again.

Having ordered tens of thousands of dollars worth of product from them with very minimal returns (maybe 5% and thats pushing it) i request to return a single item that i did not need. They said they have a 30% restocking fee for residential, 20% for commercial, but they would do 15% also if i paid return shipping. The item was stated unopened multiple times. As a company who caters to businesses it would be assumed that on a case by case basis you would look at overall purchases VS returns and give your customers some leeway over your policy. Ill take my business elsewhere for better customer service and comparable pricing.

We ordered plates online and then got an email indicating that our order was out of stock and that it had the potential to come in after our event. When we called the company a gentlemen by the name of Derrick answered. We told him our situation and asked for free upgrade on our shipping since their website did not indicate that they were out of stock. We felt that this was a minimal ask. He said he felt like the company did their part simply by notifying us via email of the possible delay. He said he was "not willing" to do that but was "happy" to cancel our order. A company who is happy to lose a sale and not willing to help their customers is a company I do not want to shop at again.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying, any company that doesn’t have their phone number readily available is not a company you want to be dealing with.

I placed an order for two 48oz pitchers and I received two 60oz pitchers. No problem, right. Just a mix up. To get my items returned, I had to go on to their website and chat with someone. No phone number. Rep told me I would be responsible for shipping the item back if I want my refund, which I have yet to receive. Further more, they wanted to charge me a 30% restocking fee. I had to go back and forth with the chat rep to get that waived.

Then I ordered the correct pitchers by serial number, only to find out that my partner had got them from the manufacturer. So, an hour after placing my order, I once again went online to chat to someone to cancel my order. They informed me that it was shipped (after an hour) and that I couldn’t cancel anymore. I then called fedex, who told me they don’t have a package to ship. I got in touch with them again and they told me they can “Reroute” the package and I would be responsible for a restock fee and shipping to and from the facility. So, on my $90 order, I am getting back $41.

Their business practices are horrendous, they could care less for the customer because they’re gonna Charge you a restock and shipping fee to make it back anyways. I would not recommend this website to anybody and would advise to deal with the manufacturer instead. They have no remorse even when they are wrong and will disregard anything you say, even when they know it’s not right.

They’re return policy is only stated after you compete an order. They will lie directly to your face, make it near impossible to get a phone number and will do anything they can to not refund an order. You can also see that none of the reviews have been replied to by the company, which says somthing about a company who cares so much about customer service, hardly.

Ordered 5 cases of glassware and was notified there was damage in transit. Responded on email to send what they could and I would notify them of damaged goods which was an option. Never heard anything after 3 weeks. No customer service number on website, no one checking with me on status, zero customer service. Called twice today as the first person was to call me back with status and did not. The second person said we do everything through the web and email. To much competition that offers better service to have to deal with their lack of service. So frustrated as we need glassware to run my restaurant and still could not get a date my glasses will be received. Ugh!
