They opens 07:00 - 15:00 for live unload first come first serve the ladies at the window very nice and professional and the security guard as well
Quick in and out not over night parking but they send you the warehouse that is in front of their building for overnight ⭐️

I'd give a zero if I could. It seems this company thinks they're above everyone else. I live across the street, this is a residential/farming community. Yes a couple properties have sold in this end of town to nonsense like a warehouse. But one thing they have not accomplished is educating their very, very ignorant employees that when you're leaving work anywhere from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m..... You don't do crazy eights in the parking lot, you don't lay on your horn and laugh and scream at your co-workers. You are in general respectful of people that are sleeping because they have to get up early to go to work at their own jobs. Especially in a residential community!

Well, they strictly have an appointment, especially if your pickup is after their shift change. I came early and did a restart. The entrance is in two locations, which can be confusing, but they are clear as day and be careful back up in the waiting area I saw them bum rush a guy who almost hit the fence or looked like he hit the fence so pay attention tge fence is already screwed up from other trucks so don't get blame for what damage the other trucks have done. BTW they are under staff or extremely lazy.

DO NOT come here, 2nd worst experience in the business. Arrived 2pm yesterday, 9 am still my load is not ready.. so many employees, nothing moving out the door. Other driver took 4.5 hours once on the dock.

Appt at 11:00 am delivery. Clean large docks with plenty of room. Super friendly staff. Leaving now 1 hour later.

Disappointing Experience

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Black & Decker Distribution Center, and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. The wait time for loading was ridiculously long, with each truck having to wait for up to 10 hours.

Not only is this an unacceptable waste of time, but it also shows a lack of appreciation for the efforts of the drivers.

Additionally, the staff, especially those working the midnight shift, were very rude and unhelpful. They didn't even provide the right directions, making the whole experience even more frustrating.

It's clear that efficiency, customer service, and basic courtesy are not a priority at this location.

I strongly advise others to avoid this place if possible. There are certainly better options out there that value both your time and efforts.

This is a beautiful brand new facility tons of room to back your trailer. It’s recently under new management so I think that may be the reason for the previous negative comments. They checked me right in when I arrived backed right up to a door got unloaded efficiently and was out of there and no time at all.

Very slow loading process. Given dock door assignment. Told load was ready almost in the door for 3 hours so far. New warehouse, maybe it will get better over time. So total of 5 hours to bump the dock and exit the facility. Workers are friendly, plenty of room to park probably going to have to take a fmcsa required break here due to the long loading process so make sure u got your food. There is a pilot and ac&t trucks tops one exit down on I81 exit 5 halfway Blvd for those not familiar with the area.
