Overnight parking staging area. Street Parking, Sunoco Travel Plaza 3 miles away There’s a Loves and Petro 6 miles away,
Flying J 7 miles away.

PARK IN THE STAGING AREA FIRST, WALK OVER TO GUARD SHACK TO CHECK IN!!
YOU NEED A DOOR NUMBER FROM THE SHIPPING OFFICE TO GAIN ACCESS TO INSIDE OF THE PLACE.

Checked in at 0600 for my 0630 appointment. Got a call for a door at 0640, once you dock at your door a warehouse worker will approach you and ask for your paperwork.

Once you get a green light the same warehouse worker will come back and tell you lumper fee amount. If you’re giving a check LEAVE THE NAME OF THE PLACE BLANK, THEY WILL WRITE THEIR NAME!

Took them a hour and a half to unloaded me and give me back paperwork.

Issue here is paying lumper fee. They have no standard and come up with any figure. Paying is a hassle i simply don't understand in this age how they have no electronic link to make payment and they write a receipt by hand which some brokers reject. Also they expect you to bring cash!! To pay.

Excellent place to deliver to! Very friendly staff, overnight parking, easy in and out of dock doors! You can check-in as soon as you get there. You don't have to wait until 5am or your appointment time. I checked in at 2am got called for a door at 4am. I was the only driver in a door cuz everyone else was waiting until 5am to check-in. Don't worry about the green light on the dock door, cuz you can't leave until someone comes out to your truck in your dock door to get paid for the lumper and then gives you your bills. They unloaded me in 20 minutes or less. Got my bills probably 15 minutes later! I will definitely come back! The guard shack is the second building to check-in and out with. And they are open 24/7 except for holidays hours. Park in the staging area first then walk your bills down to the guard shack to check-in. Update for weekend delivery's you check-in at the first building.

Appointment at 9 AM, Checked in with guard shack at 7 AM, 5 Minutes later, I received a phone call for a dock door. Lumper came out got my paperwork and unloaded me in a little over a hour. checked out by 8:30 AM. Overnight parking available

Checked in at 0330 for a 0530 appt. Got door at 0440 out at 0640. They have parking but it feels up fast. Doesn't help they use live load staging area as trailer storage.

Outstanding. If you arrive the night before park on side of road. At 0400 they start lining up trucks at the entrance (guard shack). Just before 0600 guard starts checking you through. Go to the right park across from docks sign in and wait for a door. Easy backing quick unload friendly people. Good place.

Got a knock on the door cuz my truck was parked backwards and at first i just thought they wanted me to turn around but Was kicked off the property there was even another truck parked backwards but he could stay smh do not park here overnight

Too slow! You can’t evenly get a freak simple answer when we are going to be empty?
What kinda of company are you guys here? Everything is freaking miserable and rude!
I need a freaking answer to that to not hold my another broker which I got late a lost my load on the way home! A-shame on all of you here! You can’t tell me a single answer! But it must be nice to come to your place on time. Zeroo starss
