NO PARKING AVAILABLE! Park in drive or on side of the road and walk to guard shack to check in. They will give you a paper to call number. Very easy. Then take paperwork inside. Lady behind the desk was very nice. Took 1.5 hours total and was out.

One of the worst places I have ever been in awhile Monday 10 pm delivery. I got rejected cause I had two skids in front of their freight we don’t touch other peoples freight they said I went to drop off those skids so they can unloaded me till Thursday 11:45 pm if you want to waste your week come here no overnight parking you check in first out side with the guard take an umbrella when is raining I got wet and sick tanks to spartan nash

I gave it five stars because it was easy to find and navigate in once there. Everyone was really cool to deal with but I don’t ask a lot of questions or complain either. I was there for 6.5 hours but I also had 20 something pallets get broken down to 50 something. But that’s reefer and grocery warehouse for you. Some times you’re the hammer sometimes you’re the nail.

Over all nice facility. Took 5 hrs to unload a full truck. The only bad thing is checkin process. Its a mess. They have to make it easy for drivers. We have so much other things to do. They have clean restroom. No overnight parking.

Arrived at 0057 for a 0200 appointment. Parked on the side and walked up to security. Told it was my first time there, he was quite helpful and I got a door. I checked in as directed from directions on paper security gave me. Carried paperwork to office and was out with my paperwork by 0430. Delivered full load perishable. Office lady was very friendly and professional.

Instructions:

1. Park at staging and walk to guard shack (GREEN)
2. Follow one way and back into assigned door (BLUE)
3. Enter info on app/call the number and then walk to office to give paperwork (YELLOW)

Arrived 0200 for 0230 appointment. Given a door immediately. Back in, chock wheels, and check in on the app OR call the number. Then bring paperwork inside. They unloaded me by 0515 and I was out.

Checked in 5:30 am for a 6:00 am appointment. I know I am currently empty, but apparently they have to process my load before I can pay the lumper to get my paperwork and it is currently 10:30 am and Ive been empty for the past 2 hours at least and I'm still waiting. Not too sure if I'm going to be able to get another load to move today.

Horrible place to deliver & hoping never go there again. Had a load to deliver straight through then I got there at 7pm but the delivery said 10pm as security told me but he told me they open receiving at 8:30pm & I can come back at that time to check in but no parking there, when I came back at that time the other security told me that I have to come back to check at 10pm not before. End of story when I was checking in supposedly she never did she played me not fair lying to a driver they had a bad situation at that place with like many many trucks outside on the street, many drivers standing in line waiting to for her to check in, police ended up going to the place to ask what’s going on & why all the trucks outside & had control the situation & talk to supervisor about how to handle situation obviously the security ended calling me for a door at 2:30am when appointment was supposedly at 10pm & out of the place after all at 6:40am next day. I definitely don’t recommend drivers to go there or be ready to wait til next day to get done. I seen bad places who takes few hrs but till next day like them never worst experience. The only polite person there was the lady on the office who told me I have to check in through phone & fill some form that security never gave me or told me about the system & behind me was like ten more drivers with same situation they have to call at number that she never told them apparently she never check many drivers. Really bogus.
