Disorganized, and lack of direction. Very unpredictable, you can come and go in an hour or two, or you can also stay for more than 4 hours or more. Literally a lottery

I would give them zero Stars. Trying to deliver here is absolutely horrible people inside in management are disrespectful and whatever you do don't be in a hurry you are literally going to be here for hours.
I pulled in today there's literally three trucks in the doors. The guy said he doesn't have a door for me and he's going to make me wait here for 2 hours. There is actually 8 open doors.

Over 4 hours now and still not loaded. 90 degrees outside. No idle rule. No bathrooms provided. Told to drop and go to Sheetz if I needed to relieve myself? Rude and hate their jobs. Will not be back.

Nobody wants to work at this company. I brought the cargo to the warehouse and spent a lot of time unloading. The cargo is cheap, they don’t want to work. Wasted my time. Fifty doors in the warehouse, unloading one truck every two hours. Six trucks are standing in waiting line .

They appear to be the primary supplier for the area as far as consumer electronics are concerned.

Things of note include extremely tight security. If it is needed or not remains to be seen. They put drivers through a number of hoops not realizing that if any theft were to occur it would be prior to visitation. In other words prepare to have your privacy violated.

Also have some issues with English speaking individuals being available to translate for dock workers. It makes for a frustrating experience when you cant understand what is being asked of you. Potential H1B visa abuse present.
