Always polite, friendly, professional and quick to load and unload. Just know that there are "NO LIGHT LOAD," coming out or in here... at least I've never had one! But the loaders do a good job and it is always scalable. Parking lot can be a little tight but it's manageable. No overnight parking on property but street parking is usually available.

I gave 3 stars because the people were nice enough for me. I’m not walking into shipping and receiving offices looking for friends. The restroom was clean but they were definitely not the fastest at getting me loaded. I was there for about 7.5 hours. After getting me loaded the guy told me to just stay in the door cause he realized he had woke me up. So for that I was grateful. That metro area sucks for trying to find a safe place to park.

Friendly staff...had me loaded in about 1.5 hrs. Backing in can be tricky with trailers across from the docks....but not bad.

Arrived at 9:00am for a 1:00pm pickup. Office guy said that they wouldn’t start on my load until closer to pickup time but gave me a dock right away. That’s fair. I’m the one that arrived early.

Well, 3:00pm rolls around and I still have the green light. I check back in with the office and they say they’re going through their 3:00 shift change. And once 2nd shift starts, they have to take care of all the LTL loads first, then get to the OTR loads.

They started loading around 3:30pm and it’s now 4:15 and I still got the red light. Thanks for waiting just long enough to place me into rush hour going through Baltimore. If you have a choice, I would recommend not picking up here if you’re an OTR driver. You’ll lose most of your clock.

Morning shift is very nice and fast. In and out in less than 2hr. Evening shift is so slow... my appointment was at 3pm and they load me last at 10pm. They load only two live trailer for whole shift. Management please look at Evening shift issue
