We stayed here several months ago. Although the price per night was high we thought the location would be good and it seemed pet friendly so we decided to pay a little more. Be aware, the policies are extremely strict and they do not match the website. We always camp with dogs and bring a fence with us. Nowhere on the website does it say no fences but when we arrived we were told they aren’t allowed. Dogs had to be on leash no more than 6 feet when outside. It was extremely inconvenient as we have 3 dogs that are well behaved and would stay in the fence. The owner said it was a county law that required that but his staff stated that the owner did it due to the fact that insurance rates would go up. The owner was not polite. He did not seem to even want to discuss the issue with me. Also the “pet areas” are not off leash areas. They are grassy areas you can walk your dog on a leash. ? The location and cleanliness are the only reason I gave 2 stars and not one. I fully intend the owner to reply to this and tell me how incorrect I am. If you read his other reviews, his motto is “the customer is never right”. Good luck if you stay here with pets. We will not be back.

We were in town for Jeep Jam 24 and stayed in one of the little cabins at Wanderlust. It was the perfect location, near to the Passion Play area where the Jam was held but also close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The cabin was clean and quiet with comfortable beds, cool a/c and plenty of towels. We enjoyed the porch swing, parking at the door and overall peacefulness even in a very busy RV park. Will definitely stay again and would recommend.

Nice park near downtown Eureka Springs. Spots are packed in like sardines. Our picnic table sitting over the top of the neighbor's sewer hose. No firepits. They aren't anything fancy, just basic RV park with full hookups in very tight spaces. Clean with 10,000 rules, but they don't really enforce them, as they say they do. Our neighbor's dog was not on a leash and they did not clean up their poo.

The camping spots are really nice. The staff are super friendly and nice, also helpful. One nice man gave us ideas of where to go riding. It's close to town if you need anything or just want to walk around the beautiful Eureka Springs downtown area. I definitely recommend Wanderlust to any campers!

This is our favorite ES campground. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the park facilities are always clean and tidy. The park is big rig friendly with decent wifi, full h/u, fire pits (upon request) and picnic tables. Wanderlust is close to all the ES happenings, but far enough away to be peaceful and serene.
Oh. And then there's the views. The views are spectacular!

Hated to leave. We originally planned to stay 3 days and ended staying a week. Beautifully maintained park. The staff were so welcoming and appreciative that we stayed with them. Location was perfect for downtown. The park is a Trolly stop. The views of the sunsets and sunrises are spectacular. We'll be back next year and plan to stay even longer.

Overall I have nothing bad to say about the actual campground. The staff Renea and David were great. Just know that when you book here and regardless of what happens you will not be refunded for a cancelation. The owner Jeff came across as rude and uncaring about our situation. We travel ALOT and rarely have a need for a change but unfortunately the one time tornadoes redirected our routes we had a very unforgiving campground. There are plenty of other campgrounds in the area that I would explore before consenting to their 4 pages of rules. Lesson learned!!!
Update: To owner- your facts are inaccurate, but thats seems to be the theme. I stand by my review. The point of google reviews is to give the good and bad. Which I do. When I give a low rating it is followed by why that rating was given and the same when I give 5s I also explain why it was deserved. I am so sorry that you have taken this personally.

We used to like this camp ground, but in the last 3 years, as very loyal customers, they have made notes and accused us of things that we have never done. They did the accusing last year before our stay. We knew it was false, but we apologized and proceeded with our stay. Thinking that the past was in the past, even if it was falsified, well, we were wrong. They again accused us of crating our dogs (we don't have a crate) and leaving dog poop all over our camp site (never have we ever!!!) And leaving charcoal out "all over the campsite". Last year, when they mentioned this, the site we were at literally had a lump of coals by the tree base, and me and the kids picked it up. We teach to leave things better than we found them. And again, they were very disrespectful, accusing us of these things AGAIN for this visit and threatening us to leave and not stay here, without refund. I took pictures of the site after our last stay because of our interaction with them and the unusual coal left on the site. The check-in person, I believe the owner, spoke to my husband, who has a very cool head, and was rude, again acusimg us of leaving a mess of ash, coal, and dog poop at our campsite. My husband told me he was about to just leave, because he could not believe this guy, who told him he "was on thin ice, he had to clean up a big mess". My husband said, likely with some attitude, "Thank you," and the person said, "Don't give me attitude, i will tell you to leave and not check you in." My husband then back stepped, apologized, and we were allowed entrance. We thought the first time, LAST YEAR, the issue was laid to rest. Well, it was not. They hold a false grudge for years. I will admit that we do go out in fields to let our dogs off leash to poop, and we clean it up, certainly not in our, or any campsites. Our elder dog had a picky gi system. She passed away (due to that bad GI tract) and was not with us for the past 2 years. Thus, no off leash pooping, and always picked up. The petty, disrespectful way we were treated is appalling and sick. I do not recommend this campground at all, solely because of the management. We are going to move our business down the road.

Edit added after their response: sir, you came today as we were packing up to be a bully. Every RVr has their pack up process. You and your employee came and stood by me, demanding that I get up and move so you could move the table, which was weird, and not actually in the way, we certainly did not ask for you to come down or move the table. I said No thank you, we can move it if it needs moved", but you told me to "get up". I gave the dogs over to my kids (who by the way, you may jave noticed the dogs were on a 6 foot leash, because we do know how to act as rvers with pets), because clearly you were not going to leave without moving the table, i have been sick for the past week with bronchitis, we did try to cancel becauae i have been sick, but, because of your cancelation policy we xould not, so, we decided to come anyway. I did say no thank you, we will move it if it needs moved. Frankly, i was up all night coughing and having a difficult time breathing so I really did not feel like getting up at that moment and walking the dogs. Thank you for pointing out that my kids were good and respectful to take the dogs on a walk, they know mommy is sick, and frankly you do too because my husband tried to cancel because i am sick. Shameful. Also, we have never rented your campfire pit, never had a campfire there, we also cook on a Blackstone, which does not leave ash or charcoal, so, we are not sure whose site you were looking at. I am so angry and disappointed in your lack of respect for your customers and of your bullying ways. I pray that you learn to treat others the way you want to be treated. God Bless you.
