I called to ask a few questions about setting another unit with them, whoever answered their phone 20 minutes before they closed, said they didn’t have time to answer my questions, and because I wasn’t ready to set something up she seemed bothered to answer my questions and told me to call back Monday. I have held a unit with them for 3 years, and they treat a returning customer like a bother to them because they close in 20 minutes when I just had some questions. She literally wouldn’t even hear me! Won’t be returning! Rudest service ever!

Staff are wonderful, facility is well maintained and I always see staff going around keeping an eye on things, and there are lots of storage size options that are very affordable. There isn't anywhere I'd trust more, I have a 1 car garage size storage unit here
