Things cannot be done worse.
Package instead of my home went to a DPD pickup somewhere in the same wide area where I live. I received a message with a link to redirect only to be redirected to the exact same pickup point! Endless emails for sending the package to me always ended with the phrase "only the sender can change the delivery address", after receiving the redirection link!!!! Even I offered to pay the extra service. Finally, had to loose an hour of work (much more than the cost of the package) to go to the pick up point. Only to be told that the parcel is sent back!!!!!!!!!! because the days past. however, noone gave me a deadline for picking it up and I was emailing every single day. My adventure is not over as I can somehow go now to Mogosoaia to pick it up. Of course I am in another country next week's so that is a no go.

Avoid this company! I have received a package from France and used the link they sent to reschedule the delivery. I also called to their customer service team to confirm both date of delivery and also the address. On the day of delivery I did not receive the sms announcing the delivery will take place. I went to their warehouse in Mogosoaia where I spent minimum one hour for them to check where the package is. They did not find it. They were hardly able to check who are the Couriers on route . Finally they told me to do a complaint which will take several days to investigate. Low service company, will never use them as they are not at all professional. I will also do a complaint to their partners from France , Chronopost, to give them all details related to this issue.

Easiest recipe to have a late package delivered:
- 1 complaint to ANPC
- 1 complaint to DPD Romania (Customer Support will assist you, shout-out to DPD Support!)
=> your package will be delivered in ~4 days

Of course, a background of multiple requests over the course of 3 weeks would be helpful.
I had no luck after calling 7 times, each time they said the next day the parcel will be delivered, and it never left the facility.
I only had luck after filing complaints.

2 stars instead of 1 for good email Support and respectful delivery guys.

if you have any international parcel/ package never use them particuraly if yiu want send products to eMag warehouse. Two clinets have returned their parcels to Poland as DPD lied that they were not taken in warehouse whereas they never came any driver to our warehouse

Waited for a package from Amazon, was stated it would be delivered at 8 pm, but I got a call at 15:00 I couldn't answer and after 20 minutes I called him again, the delivery man said he would send a message the next day and the package would be delivered, now after a week nobody contacted me and I’m still waiting. Note that after I tracked the package, even though he said he would deliver it the next day, it was stated that it was prepared for self-collecting from their warehouse. I redirected it to another day, I waited all day and still nobody contacted me. First time I’ve had an experience like this with a carrier they are the worst.

I have a package i bought its been there since last week waiting to be delivered even today i still waiting for it ? i called to their call center ? they dont speak English and they instantly close the call ?
