Horrible experience. Left bedroom suites and other household appliances in here for 2 years. It had a water leak in the room, completely ruined the mattresses and damaged some of the furniture. Absolutely no help from owner, claims no responsibility for an indoor/climate controlled facility.

Wouldn't recommend anyone using this facility, for the amount I paid monthly, you would think the facility would be maintained better.

If you do have anything here, I highly recommend checking in on your unit. I doubt this was just one unit affected.

Edit Litigation was only spoke of after they informed me they would do nothing in compensation for the damages incurred at their indoor, temperature controlled facility.

We rented from American Self Storage for many years. Excellent place to rent a storage unit. Building was well maintained and personnel always pleasant and easy to reach!

This storage facility is very secure and is always extremely clean. The temperature in the building is controlled very well and the units are in excellent shape. I utilized this facility for over a year with absolutely no issues. I only left because our new home was completed. I recommend American Storage to anyone in need of a safe and secure storage facility.

I've used multiple storage facilities in the past and this has been the best by far. Management responds almost immediately to any concerns, they offer auto-pay so I don't have to worry about forgetting to pay on time, and the units are all easily accessible, even when I needed a larger, climate-controlled unit. There is abundant video security (unlike a former place I used) and it is well-lit. The location is also super-convenient and not out in the boonies or down some sketchy road. I would recommended (actually I HAVE recommended) this place to a number of friends and clients. 5 stars well-earned.

This is the second time I've used American Self Storage. It has pretty much always been a pleasant experience. Andy is very accessible and polite as well as being very helpful. Their prices are most competitive. I particularly use and appreciate that your unit is accessible 24/7. For me, it was a most convenient location. If you are in the market for a storage unit - with environmental control - I would certainly recommend you check them out and get a quote.

My sister and I have been with them for nearly 10 years. And they have always been really great with us. They fix any problems we have and have always been prompt when we ask/request something.

Nothing has ever turned up missing. So I know they do not go into our storage unit; and it's Climate controlled! Nice and cool during summer.

Was a great place with last owner. When we moved out they charged my account again. I called to get it reversed five times. I gave them plenty of time but had to go through my bank for resolve. Moving is stressful enough I don't need more to deal with.
