We highly recommend this business. You can rent and store at many places in NWA but it's not easy to find staff that are easy to work with, care about the job, and help you in every step along the way. We have rented storage units, moving equipment, trucks, and purchased supplies at Ozark Self Storage many times. The manager, Seth, is fantastic to work with and we really appreciate his help. Excellent service is hard to find today but you will find it here. As well, the location is great, the units are clean and easily accessible.

Friendly, accommodating, clean, and professional. Management lives onsite so, a perk for security and overall awareness of what's going on. Unit was spotless as I moved in and features gentle slope/good drainage away from units' doors (for those times when it rains REALLY hard).

I have been storing here for almost two months now and it’s been a great experience. Even when I forgot to latch my unit properly, I was informed with a phone call and they even helped me put a new lock on my unit. Overall, it’s been a great experience with them, especially for a first time user. 10/10

I was charged an entire month even though I had only occupied my storage for 1/2 day. I was advised I would have somebody from the company to reach out to explain to me why. No response poor customer service.

Seth has been awesome setting up my storage unit rental. It’s in a convenient location for me and although I haven’t seen it yet, my son says it’s clean and fairly new. I’m looking forward to meeting Seth. He’s ver efficient and pleasant. This company has a great employee here!

Seth is always around and very helpful whenever I've called! Great Storage Facility. I moved to this one a month earlier because my last unit with U-Haul was broken into TWICE!!! The day I came to rent a unit Seth was nothing but AMAZING!!! Great place to use for storage!!
