Grant was very helpful with everything. Was in and out very quickly. He explained the contract and payment in detail. The unit I got was very clean and I'm satisfied with what I got.

The facility is clean and the 5x10 unit was also very clean and tidy.

My friends recently had a unit here and it was nice, so when I needed one this is the place that I decided to go to.

Quality: This is a modest, non-climate controlled storage facility, meaning you will not get A/C. All units are drive up access, no stairs, and are clean/clear of debris upon arrival. Larger units 10x30 can be accessed by a front and back door. Good padlocks are provided.
Access: 24-hour, gate code.
Overall: If you’re looking for simple storage and don’t need a lot of frills, I think this is solid option.

I don't use superior storage, but my friend does. His unit is paid for every month, and the owner has put a red lock on his storage unit so he can't get into it. I believe he did it because he doesn't like him. And I think that is against the law for him to keep him from his stuff when he takes the money for the storage unit every month. That is very unprofessional and wrong. It just shows what kind of person the manager Grant is. The owner should get a new manager. My friend is getting a lawyer and going to sue this guy. I hope he gets what he deserves. So I give Superior storage a big 0.
