Prices are great and units are clean and safe! I love DIANE she is sweet kind and helpful she runs a tight ship keeping the property up. My items would still be there if I didn’t move to another state. I felt like my things were always safe. They installed a new gate so prices changed a tad 2-5 bucks a unit, very fair if you ask me. I recommend a climate control unit for precious items to keep them out of elements and away from the occasional critter. For three years I mainly used my outside unit for Christmas items. The Convenience of U-Haul rental and tow is a plus.

I came here from out of state and was going to need storage immediately on arrival. Dianne assisted me with executing the rental contract electronically and even worked with me on the contract date which saved me some money. Upon arrival, there was some confusion with UHaul about drop off of my trailer but a quick call to Dianne and she resolved it within minutes!

The facility and unit are exceptionally clean and secure. In shopping around, their rent is very competitive! Unfortunately I now have to return to my original location. Once again, Dianne has been terrific in making the move out process easy to understand and even took the extra step to confirm my reservation with UHaul for a trailer.

If I ever return to the area again, I would use North Thompson Storage without hesitation!

Highly discourage this facility!!!! I was made to feel like I was a bother, very short with me from the very first interaction. Terms of service is sketchy. What is advertised vs. what is allowed are two very different things with this facility. I was awarded 72 hours to clean out the unit your posted policy on the 3rd party website, however the facility only offered less than 16 hours and you closed early. I was only granted access between 9am-5pm for one day which was not clearly stated in the ad which made it EXTREMELY difficult to meet your un-advertised policy. Also it would be helpful if you would answer the phone when trying to make arrangements!!!!!!!! According to the 3rd party host, buyers are allowed 72 business hours!!!! If you can't make your policies clear on the 3rd party auction site so people can make the proper arrangements or not bid that would be helpful instead of posting misleading information and making it up on the back-end!!!!! I was NEVER allowed a full 72 hours so please be honest when making your post. You never made any attemtps to contact me even after you made your less than 72 hour policy clear, nor did you make any effort to help extend any time when I told you that extremely short window was difficult. I wanted the remaining items left in the unit as they were being donated to a needy family. Should you ever want to make good on your posted and binding policy then you have my number as I am always reachable!!!!!!!

Dianne was amazing in helping us rent what we needed to transport furniture to another state. What could have been a very stressful time, Dianne went above and beyond and helped get us everything we needed to make our trip great. I would highly recommend this facility.
