Since they’ve sold customer service has been reduced to 0%. They don’t answer their phone and continue to send me 15% late payment penalty notices each month for rent I’ve already paid. I have no idea how to contact them as they do t respond to emails either. They now have set up a new payment system after December payments were made and I’m hesitant to use it for January as I’m afraid it could be a scam. Hopefully management sees this and responds to it. This use to be an easy place to rent and service was great. Not anymore.

We’ve been renting for about a month and everything has been going very well. All questions have been answered quickly and the customer service is top notch.

I previously gave them a 5 Star rating but new owners took ove and have yet to give us a number or address to contact them. They switched everything over and my payment would not go through. After numerous calls to the phone number I have on file it willnot allow me to leave a message. Now a payment hit with the late charge. I shouldnt be responsible when the payment method they have would not accept my payment. Don't waist your time with them. I am finding me a new storage unit and leaving. They are horrible.

Move in so easy! We did everything over the phone and got our code and was able to bring our trailer over the same day. So glad to see a storage unit place with the times. You can manage your account online and set up auto payment so you're never late.

In dealing with Mary Byrd this was a seamless transaction very pleasing would recommend this not to anyone, but would recommend this to everyone Ms Byrd is a true professional with great customer skills an true asset to her organization.....

Haven't used there service for 3 months. Their still trying to bill me. They got me on auto pay I have even had to get my bank involved.they never answer phone and you leave a message they never call back.

Everything in my storage space is damaged from flooding. They are sorry.
This will happen again unless major changes are made. Great for boats but all boxes and furniture must be elevated at least 6”!!!
