Today (2/3/25), we had an Amazon van driver driving up and down our 1/2 mile private driveway at least 35 to 40 miles per hour today looking for their point of delivery. The side door of the van was wide open which could have allowed packages to easily fall out. Once they got back down to the end of the driveway, they turned into our 2nd driveway leading to our shop. They raced halfway down this second driveway and decided to turn around on the grass (instead of backing up) and left ruts in the soft ground. Now we have to fill in their damage before mowing season.
Tell your drivers to SLOW DOWN AND be respectful of people’s property and safety.

I've read the complaints. They're always on time for me. I have been disappointed with how they package books as some arrive with dented corners. But that's not on the 9-5 delivery drivers. That's on Amazon to improve packing requirements for certain items. Kudos delivery team. Happy New Year!

If I could rate y'all 0 stars, I would. You guys have no sense of urgency whatsoever, and are extremely lazy. You guys are uncaring, and it absolutely shows. Out of the last 30 orders I have placed, not ONE item has shown up on time. All of my packages are either lost, delayed, or just simply doesn't show up at ALL. Even with a $400 order that I placed on FRIDAY, you guys still can't deliver my stuff on time today, and it's currently Monday. You guys clearly don't care to follow simple shipping instruction or scheduling. Every time you guys give my package to USPS, it shows up fast, and on time. At this point, you guys should send everyone's deliveries to them, because USPS actually freaking cares and follows simple protocol

[Edit] oh I see, no wonder, y'all are scamming people, huh

I have tried to order the same couch from Amazon two times. The first time it was supposedly lost in the warehouse in Lowell and my money was refunded after waiting two weeks for delivery. The second time my delivery kept getting pushed back and it sat in the warehouse for several days. Finally the warehouse claimed I had cancelled the order and refunded my money. I never cancelled the order. As you can see from reviews several others have left this warehouse is running some kind of scam and keeping the orders people place in order to resell them. I pointed this out to Amazon and they said they will look into the issue…yeah right. Absolutely terrible customer service from Amazon and super frustrating they are letting this go on and doing nothing about it.

I thought I was the only one having issues with receiving Amazon orders. Turns out I’m not. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you cannot get anything delivered from this warehouse. And when you do, it takes almost 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Wal-Mart+ is the way to go. I will be canceling my Amazon Prime because of how many undelivered packages.

Just watched delivery driver on my ring camera. He held box while he read sign on my front porch that says “do not leave packages on porch; take to big grey box in driveway.” He then set box down next to sign! Of UPS, FED-EX, USPS, AMAZON IS THE ONE CARRIER THAT IGNORES SIGN. I’m handicapped and cannot pic up from porch. Happens all the time. Get corrected ASAP…….

I have placed over 20 orders in the past 6 weeks. Out of those 20 orders, 18 were returned. Those 18 packages were returned due to "damaged package". Every single package that was returned was damaged in Lowell, Arkansas. I have made 4 calls to Amazon to attempt to resolve this issue. I get the run-around. "We are escalating this issues" or "We have contacted the supervisor of that department." I get better customer service from SHEIN! And i get all my orders!

Package in Lowell since 05 January now they are stating it’s held up due to severe weather? Just tell me it went on a truck to Texas or wherever. Good Grief! It’s a 20 minute drive from my house.
