I have two Storage units and have to pay them separately, one unit is personal (had for ten years now) and the other one is business. Every time I go into the office Isaac is very helpful (going the extra mile), polite and always has a smile on his face. The storage facility is clean and maintained very well.

Helpful staff, but high rent. Isaac was tremendously helpful during move out. On the phone, my customer service rep, Colissa, was patient and receptive to my billing issues leading up to move out. The automated gate key system made getting in a breeze. What could have been a frustrating experience was as efficient as could be. No hassle there.

The rent became too expensive once my promotion expired.

Issac was awesome in assisting me with renting my unit and getting everything set up. I had problems with the keypad and he got it fixed for me. Units are super clean!! Update: we rented a temperature controlled unit and it was hot inside when we moved in. We were assured that it was just because people left the doors open while they were moving in. We went to our unit 2 days ago to pack up things and it was hot. There are 2 ac blowers in the middle of the building. Only one was working and the other was blowing hot air! I paid for something I wasn’t getting!

Front desk person was super sweet! Also wasn’t expecting all the additional stuff you get with renting a storage unit! Coffee maker, tea, water, office for meeting or whatever, a computer and a printer!
